    Bonnie's Bio
    Bonnie creates a specialized training plan for each individual. She is probably the Mon Valley's best kept secret when it comes to personal training for all ages and ability levels.

    About Bonnie:

    I started Crossfit in 2013. After a few months of getting my butt kicked, and loving it, I decided to become a Level 1 Crossfit trainer. I programmed and coached the foundation classes for beginners. I truly enjoy teaching proper movement and form and watching new members realize that they CAN do what they thought was impossible! My favorite part of functional fitness classes is the ability to make the programming work for any individual regardless of fitness level. I have trained individuals from 5-years-old to 76-years-old.

    I have an 11-year-old daughter who spends a lot of time with me at the gym and wanted to workout. That's when I decided to get certified as a Crossfit Kids trainer in 2014. Kids are not mini-adults and training them is completely different, trying, and rewarding. Each class ends with a game as a reward for all their hard work.

    Currently, I am going to school for an Associate's degree in Exercise Science. This includes speciality classes such as Group Training and Youth Fitness. I am also in charge of the Gym Runners classes and have began training as a gymnastics instructor.

    I enjoy training in a laid back environment with music cheering everyone on. I will encourage you, push you, laugh with you and high five your achievments. Fitness starts at any age and any level!
